Wed, Oct 16 - (Weekly) Doumar's cruise-in, 6 - 8:00 pm, Hosted by The Mustang and Ford Association of Virginia, Doumar's Cones & Barbecue, 1919 Monticello Ave., Norfolk. We are back at Doumar’s, all are invited! Please join us for some cars at a weekly cruise-in every Wednesday night. They are open during these hours, so enjoy all the great eats and drinks they provide, including their amazing ice cream and handmade cones! Be kind, clean up after yourselves, no excessive revving, and no burnouts and do not speed off when leaving their parking lot.
Thu, Oct 17 - (Weekly) Thursday Night Cruise-In at the DQ, 3:00 pm - ?, 4024 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake. So if you're not doing anything on Thursday afternoons get those cars out and come up to DQ. You can go in and order food and bring it out to eat. Make sure you bring a chair because they've taken the tables and chairs in. People start getting there around 2:00 and hang out for 3-4 hours or so. The weather is starting to get nice and there's not a whole lot of places we can go. This is one of the few places we can.

It’s that time of year again, Join the NK Cruisers for our 4th annual Trunk or Treat at Rosie's Gaming and Colonial Downs. We will have our rides decorated for Halloween so bring the kids out from 6-8 pm, then feel free to hang out with us until our cruise in ends at 9 pm. This will be our last Friday cruise in for the year before we switch to our winter schedule so come join us and invite your friends to come hang out. As always we are open to all years makes and models of vehicles so bring your ride out if you want to participate. Reiterating what's been talked lately about how work having picked up for me and wanting to come back out again, we are now switching to Friday nights, come on out and have a good time, trying get the dust off the camera with the sun being out for a good bit at the start and need some new photos for the flyers. As always respect the spot, it's been weeks since I've been able to come out and don't want to show up just to see some ding dongs being ding dongs ruining it. Keep in mind that being around in ice cream establishment there are going to be children so please remain respectful! Hope to see you all out there this week. Sun, Oct 27 - Sumospeed Yahtzee run 2024, 10:30 am, by Sumospeed and Drift Sumospeed, Kitchenfinity, 9500 Fechteler Rd., Bldg. MCE225, Norfolk. We are excited to bring back one of our long standing and more unique events, Yahtzee run! This is our take on a traditional poker run formatted style event but adapted to utilize the popular board game Yahtzee. Why Yahtzee? This game, unlike poker, keeps you in the game until nearly the very end whereas in poker a couple of early bad draws really kills any shot at coming out on top. For this event, we will start in Norfolk at Kitchenfinity at 10:30AM for check in. there you will receive your event tee, event sticker, score card, and route stops. They will also be serving a delicious assortment of brunch items so come hungry to grab a bite before we begin! From there players will go from stop to stop without skipping playing 2 turns at each. THIS EVENT IS NOT A RACE! We encourage everyone to take their time, cruise with their friends, have fun, and maybe take home some money! The top three scores at the end of the day will take home 60, 30, or 10 percent of the total pot. The event will close at our final stop, Farmhouse Brewery in Virginia beach where everyone can grab something to drink, maybe a bite from whichever food truck(s) are on site that day, and wait for us to announce our winners. Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event. This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross. We also host higher speed time trials at regional tracks such as North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.

Wacky Wednesdays are our premier midweek street car racing event. Any street-legal car with current inspection tags is eligible for competition. Registration and spectator gates open at 6 PM with the drivers meeting just after 7 PM and competition beginning shortly after. Racing is usually complete by 10:00, providing great family fun on a weeknights while still ending at a decent hour. Coolers and outside food are allowed in the grandstands during the events and video/photography is encouraged! Come out and join the fun!
