Fri, Apr 28 - Let’s Talk Cars cruise-in, 6:00 pm to 30 minutes after dusk, Main Street Shopping Center, 6882 Main St, Gloucester Courthouse. Middle Peninsula Classic Cruisers presents Let’s Talk Cars cruise-ins on Friday Nights from April 21 to October 13, 2017. Donations of $1.00 or more are asked to help with MPCC support of local organizations and charities. The cruise-in is open to all makes, models, and years. Weekly Cruiser of the Week trophies will be awarded!
Fri, Apr 28 - Moonlit Rides, Chesapeake Square Mall, 9:00 pm - Midnight, 4200 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake. Moonlit rides, originated by the car club Civil Disobedience will now be held every Friday. Energized Elite has teamed up with Civil Disobedience to bring you a car meet right here in our own town every single Friday. On Friday’s when there’s nightmoves we will have a meet'n cruise to the show. We meet in the front parking lot of Tilted Kilt and Big Woodys. Please be responsible, respectful, and social.

Sat, Apr 29 - The Classic Cruiser’s cruise-in, Coastal Community Church, 5 to 9:00 pm, 101 Village Avenue, Yorktown. Takes place every Saturday night beginning April 22 thru October 14. It is open to all years, all makes, and all models. If it’s cool, bring it. It is only a $2.00 donation to show your vehicle. There is no admission fee for spectators. All cruise-in donations are donated to charity. It is a great place to listen to some great tunes played by our DJs, look at some great rides, see your old friends, and make some new ones. Dates are the first and third Fridays from April through October. Folks usually start arriving around 5:30 pm. Proceeds support Smithfield Lions charity efforts. Fri, May 26 - Night Moves 2017 Meet, Virginia Beach Sportsplex and Regional Training Center, 7 - 10:00 pm, 2044 Landstown Centre Way, Virginia Beach. Sumospeed presents season 3 of Night Moves meets at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. As with last year, there will be an entry cover of $5.00 for the meet. This helps us cover rental of the property, bathrooms, and other features of the event. For 2017 we again will have Dj El Capone playing music each night, HobbyTown USA Virginia Beach VA on site each month with some RC drift action and of course Sumospeed with event merchandise for you to purchase. Chops Creative will be there yet again for our official Night Moves coverage this season. The same rules apply as last season: No revving, No speeding or burnouts in the parking lot, No excessively loud music or bass, Clean up after yourselves, we are all adults, No alcohol. If you have any questions or concerns about the above conditions, VBPD will be on hand to address them. We will also be adding a new feature this year, in which you can enter your vehicle into a contest each month, to be our feature vehicle of the month, and win free entry for the night as well as VIP parking on the sidewalk in front of the sportsplex! Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC)
Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month.  We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event.  This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross.  We also host higher speed time trials at Academi and North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.  http://www.tidewatersportscarclub.com/
