Wed, Apr 27 - Doumar's Weekly Cruise in, 6 - 9:00 pm, Hosted by The Mustang and Ford Association of Virginia, Doumar's Cones & Barbecue, 1919 Monticello Ave., Norfolk. We are going back to Doumar’s, all are invited! Please join us for some cars at a weekly cruise-in every Wednesday night. They are open during these hours, so enjoy all the great eats and drinks they provide, including their amazing ice cream and handmade cones! Be kind, clean up after yourselves, no excessive revving, and no burnouts and do not speed off when leaving their parking lot.
Thu, Apr 28 - Thursday Night Cruise-In at the DQ, 3:00 pm - ?, 4024 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake. So if you're not doing anything on Thursday afternoons get those cars out and come up to DQ. You can go in and order food and bring it out to eat. Make sure you bring a chair because they've taken the tables and chairs in. People start getting there around 2:00 and hang out for 3-4 hours or so. The weather is starting to get nice and there's not a whole lot of places we can go. This is one of the few places we can. But PLEASE make sure you adhere to the social distancing rules.

Automotive enthusiasts of all kinds are welcome. This is an informal, family friendly cruise-in for all makes, models and years of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. We don't care if you have a show car, daily driver, or a rolling disaster - bring it out and enjoy kicking tires for a couple hours on a friendly morning. Winter is over and it’s time to get that ride out of the garage and back into the Car Show Scene. Please join Cars4Awareness, the Seven Cities Camaro Club, and Performance Collision Center for our first “Brake the Stigma Charity Car Show”. About 26% of Americans struggle with some form of Mental Illness. Research shows that nearly 50% of those struggling with Mental Illness commit suicide. People with Mental Illness face multiple challenges. Besides struggling with the symptoms and disabilities of the disease they are also faced with the prejudice and stereotypes that result from the misconception about mental illness. They are forced to deal with not only the public-stigma but also a personal-stigma. Cars4Awareness along with LifeWithPTSD has set out to reduce this stigma by Educating the public, Supporting the people effected by the illness, and Encouraging others to speak up and do the same. We encourage everyone to come out and participate in our charity car shows to show your support, raise funds, help spread awareness, and join us in the ultimate goal of crushing the stigma. Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event. This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross. We also host higher speed time trials at regional tracks such as North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.
