Thu, Aug 19 - Thursday Night Cruise-In at the DQ, 3:00 pm - ?, 4024 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake. So if you're not doing anything on Thursday afternoons get those cars out and come up to DQ. You can go in and order food and bring it out to eat. Make sure you bring a chair because they've taken the tables and chairs in. People start getting there around 2:00 and hang out for 3-4 hours or so. The weather is starting to get nice and there's not a whole lot of places we can go. This is one of the few places we can. But PLEASE make sure you adhere to the social distancing rules.

NK Cruisers, a local car enthusiast and cruise-in group bringing the car community together between Richmond and Williamsburg. The focus is New Kent, Charles City, and Lanexa but we welcome all folks from all areas. Our cruise in meets every Friday 5-8 pm through October. We are located in Lot 7 at Rosie's. Sat, Aug 21 - (3rd Sat) C4 Cruise-In, 8 - 9:30 am, River Oak Church, 225 Great Bridge Blvd., Chesapeake. The C4 Cruise-In is back! Join the men's ministry in the River Oak Church Parking Lot. Owners and lookers welcome, it’s all free – free to show, free to look, free to eat, (donuts & coffee). Talk cars, show off your ride and meet other’s that share the same love. All rides are welcome – imports, exotics, trucks, bikes (any vintage, old or new), tractors, customs tuners, off-road, whatever! If you can get it here we’ll enjoy it. We start early (8 am), and we end early (9:30 am), before the heat of the day, so you have plenty of your Saturday left to do other shows, polish off your honey-do list, or do whatever you do in the summertime when the weather is hot.

The 2021 Classic Cruiser’s Club Cruise-ins will be Every Saturday evening (weather permitting) starting on April 17 at Coastal Community Church in Yorktown. It's only a $2.00 donation to show your vehicle. There is no admission fee for spectators. All cruise-in donations are donated to local charities. Sat, Aug 28 - Reaching Beyond The Fence 3rd annual car show, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Langley Christian Church, 175 Fox Hill Road, Hampton. In honor of Reaching Beyond The Fence Ministry’s (RBTF) fifth year of serving God, we invite you to join us at our 5th anniversary celebration, and 3rd annual car show to help raise funds for the following year and our community. RBTF will have a food tent setup serving breakfast items in the morning and transitioning to lunch items as the day goes on, available for purchase. Also cold sodas, bottled water, and chips will be available for purchase all day at the food tent. All proceeds from the show go directly into operating the ministry at RBTF as we strives to sharing God's love with those incarcerated one letter at a time through people just like you and providing school supplies for our community. At the registration tent RBTF Ministry t-shirts will be available for purchase as well. Also a Donation box will be set up for school supplies being donated. A free t-shirt will be given to those who pre-register by the 31th of July. RBTF ask all who come out to help us respect the church grounds by putting your trash in the designated trash bins that will be located on site. A select number of awards will be handed out at 2 pm prior to the close of the show. The registration gate opening at 8:30 for early birds. RBTF is currently making plans for recorded and live music throughout the day. Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event. This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross. We also host higher speed time trials at regional tracks such as North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.
