Sat, Apr 24 - 2021 Classic Cruiser’s Cruise-in, 4:30 - 8:00 pm, Coastal Community Church, 101 Village Ave., Yorktown. The 2021 Classic Cruiser’s Club Cruise-ins will be Every Saturday evening (weather permitting) starting on April 17 at Coastal Community Church in Yorktown. It's only a $2.00 donation to show your vehicle. There is no admission fee for spectators. All cruise-in donations are donated to local charities. Please follow this short, but strongly enforced set of rules: No revving, no Burnouts, no loud music, no parking in loading/fire zones, no double parking. To All Corvette Enthusiasts, the Beachcombers Corvette Club and Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Norfolk are proud to host Vettes at Waterside District. Once again, Corvettes will line the Waterside District riverfront promenade. Participation in this unique Corvette only gathering is limited to the first 120 preregistered cars - Register today before it’s sold out. Our beneficiary family was blindsided by the cancer diagnosis, Beat it once, but she had a relapse. This is our effort to support a fellow car enthusiast family. On April 16th 2018 Danielle was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia), a type of blood and bone marrow cancer that progresses rapidly, at the age of 16...16 years old! Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) - Old Dominion Region

Part of the SCCA's Southeast Division (SEDiv), which consists of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Our Region includes all the cities in the Hampton Roads area as well as several surrounding cities. We primarily host two types of events: Solo (Auto Cross) and Road Rally.

Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC)

Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event. This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross. We also host higher speed time trials at regional tracks such as North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.

Bill Sawyer's Virginia Motor Speedway

A ½-mile clay surface with 14-degree banking in both corners and 4 degrees on the front and back stretch. Divisions: Victory Lap Late Model, Truckin Thunder Sportsman, Budweiser Modifieds, Limited Stock Car, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, World of Outlaws Late Models, World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, and mud bogs. Virginia Motor Speedway runs on select Saturday nights April through the first week of October, Closed on RIR NASCAR weekends (check website for schedule of events).

[RIP 2020] Southside Speedway

"The Toughest Short Track in the South," Chesterfield County's favorite family-friendly venue! Locally owned and operated, Southside Speedway has been a fixture in Chesterfield County since 1959. With a paved 1/3-mile oval track located on Genito Road, and featuring races from six different divisions including Late Models, Modifieds, Grand Stocks, UCARs, Legends and Bandoleros. The speedway draws drivers both locally and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

[RIP 2021] Richmond Dragway

Richmond Dragway is a 1/4-mile International Hot Rod Association sanctioned drag racing facility in Sandston, VA. The site features 130 acres with a full-service concession stand, VP Fuel Station, and a 3 story Timing and Scoring tower.

Richmond Dragway ceases operation headed into 2021 - "I have fantastic memories of so many wonderful accomplishments by our team, our racers, fans and marketing partners.  There have been so many big and little celebrations that I am so thankful that I was able to be a part of but the time has come for a new challenge for me."

Richmond International Raceway (RIR)

Known as America's Premier Short Track, RIR offers great night racing action and a commitment to the fan experience. One of the most popular facilities among drivers and fans in all of motorsports, Richmond International Raceway annually hosts two NASCAR Doubleheader weekends, featuring the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series, under the lights on a ¾-mile D-Shaped oval.
