The cruise-in is from 6 pm to 30 minutes after dusk Friday nights from April 13 to October 19, 2018. No fee to attend, but donations are accepted to help support the donations MPCC provides to local organizations and charities. The cruise-in is open at all makes, models, and years. Weekly Cruiser of the Week trophies will be awarded!
Fri, May 18 - Smithfield Lions Club Cruz-In, 6 - 8:00 pm, Sentara St. Luke's, Rt 10/32 & 258 Brewer's Neck Rd., Carrollton. Mark your calendars for the 10th year of the Smithfield Lions Club Cruz-In. The Cruz-Ins will be held on the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month through October. All years/types of vehicles welcome! $2 donation to show car (benefiting Lions Charities). Season passes available: $25. Spectators free. We will have a DJ (Tom Norris), food vendor (BBQ), and 50/50 raffle. There will be a featured car club at each event. Sat, Jul 21 - Sumospeed Yahtzee Cruise 2018, 12 - 6:00 pm, Stock or Modified Bodyworks, 3476 Chandler Creek Rd., Virginia Beach. After a four year hiatus, Sumospeed is bringing back a poker run style event to the Hampton Roads area. For those that remember, we ran Yahtzee and Poker runs for quite a few years and had great success with them, but the last couple saw an attendance drop so we stopped running them. We've decided to give them another a shot this year, using the Yahtzee format, and hope you'll join us! Registration for this event is $25 per person. Moparpalooza is an automotive charity event in the DC-metro area that raises money for the Fisher House Foundation. Fisher House provides free or low cost lodging to veterans and military families while receiving treatment at military medical centers. This annual event, while raising money for our service men and women, is also a celebration of the heritage and passion that surrounds vehicles in the Chrysler family. The term “Mopar” has passed into broader usage among car enthusiasts as an unambiguous reference to the parent company Chrysler (now officially Fiat Chrysler Automobiles or FCA) . The term has thus become an inclusive word for any Chrysler-built vehicle in the past and FCA-built today.’ Mopar or No Car! Car participation is limited to Mopar vehicles. Fri, Jun 15 - Sumospeed Night Moves sponsored by Morard Realty, 7:00 pm, Virginia Beach Sportsplex and Regional Training Center, 2044 Landstown Centre Way, Virginia Beach. Our 2018 Night Moves season will be running from March until November with this meets this year on Fridays and Saturdays. Come out and see some awesome local cars, network, eat some food, listen to some music, and partake in the activities we have planned through the year! We do have a cover charge for paved lot parking for the meets, and that price is once again $5. First things first, you may have noticed the date change. Due to many in the area (including many of our own team) heading to Hyperfest on the weekend of the 18th, we have shifted the Night Moves for May UP to May 5th, CINCO DE MAYO! As a special feature for the May Night Moves, we will have additional food trucks, games, and hospitality area near the front of the sportsplex for everyone to congregate and have a good time. Some details are still being worked out. As always, we do have rules and regulations that we plead with our attendees to abide by to keep this meet going successfully, safely, and without issues. They are as follows: - No Burnouts - No excessive revving - No excessive music volume or bass - No speeding/racing in the lot - Respect other people's property in the lot - Pick up after yourselves and your pets - No alcohol - No other general jackassery. We do have VBPD on staff for these meets and if necessary, will utilize them to help intervene in situations involving the above criteria, but we hope to not have to and just ask everyone to act like mature adults. We look forward to seeing everyone this season!

Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event. This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross. The fastest way to get on track, Track Night in America Driven by Tire Rack offers participants three 20-minute sessions for a $150 entry fee. This is a unique beginner-level driving experience designed to familiarize you with our road course and introduce basic high performance driving concepts. It includes classroom instruction with a professional driving coach and several 20-30 minute on track sessions in your car. Sessions feature paced laps for those who just want to experience what it's like on a real road course with no helmets and no passing. Between driving sessions the instructor will critique your performance and offer driving tips. You will notice with each session that your confidence, speed and fun will increase.
