WHAT TO DONATE: Turkeys, Hams and all of the traditional sides; Lean Canned Protein - peanut butter, tuna, chicken, turkey, beans; Fruits and Vegetables - canned fruits and vegetables, pasta sauce, 100% fruit juice, fruit preserves, dried fruit; Whole Grains - cereal, pasta, oatmeal, rice, crackers; Meals - soups, stews, boxed meals, canned pasta. Sat, Nov 19 - Tru Intentionz Turkey Run, The Salvation Army Hampton Roads Area Command, 2:30 - 6:00 pm, 5525 Raby Rd., Norfolk. Alright family, friends and fellow car enthusiast. Tru Intentionz is hosting a turkey run to give back to the less fortunate. We want to get as many cars together to bring a turkey per car so we can donate to THE UNION MISSION MINISTRY. This particular homeless shelter holds many people from kids, single parents, to veterans. What a great time to deliver to the less fortunate but also show that the car scene is not the bad ones that most people think. So please bring a turkey per car and after we donate we will take a ride to the ferry and make it across and come back around. That should roll us on to the event PRIME ILLUSIONS is hosting at 6 pm. We will get together at the Salvation Army @ 2:30 and we are rolling out no later than 3 pm, So please be there on time and bring as many cars as possible, but remember to bring at least one turkey per car.

We have been asked to help organize a Parade for the coming of Santa Claus at Military Circle Mall. We are helping Audio 1 and the East Coast Family invite and select cars to be in the parade. We are looking for clean and modified vehicles from mild to wild for participating in the parade. Any clean convertibles out there may be able to give Santa an open-top ride to his destination! Sat, Dec 3 - Sumospeed Toys For Tots Toy Drive 2016, Floyd E. Kellam High School, 12 - 4:00 pm, 2665 West Neck Rd., Virginia Beach. We are excited to announce our 8th annual toy drive. This year our drive will be benefitting the Toys for Tots organization in providing toys for children that are less fortunate during this holiday season. We will be holding a car meet with food, music, and local vendors so come out, bring the family, and have a good time checking out some awesome cars while contributing to a great cause. There is no fee to enter the meet, but we ask that everyone please bring something to donate for the children. Reverend Jim's Southern BBQ will be on hand serving their delicious BBQ items and beverages throughout the day so be sure to swing by and grab something! As far as toys go, Toys for Tots supports children from age 0 to 12, and in some cases up to 16, so please keep that in mind when purchasing something to bring. Toys must also be new, unopened, and not gift wrapped. Realistic weapon toys shall not be donated as they will not be distributed by the organization.

Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC)Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month. We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event. This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross.
