WHAT TO DONATE: Turkeys, Hams and all of the traditional sides; Lean Canned Protein - peanut butter, tuna, chicken, turkey, beans; Fruits and Vegetables - canned fruits and vegetables, pasta sauce, 100% fruit juice, fruit preserves, dried fruit; Whole Grains - cereal, pasta, oatmeal, rice, crackers; Meals - soups, stews, boxed meals, canned pasta. All donations will benefit the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore and the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank.

Sat, Nov 19 - Tru Intentionz Turkey Run, The Salvation Army Hampton Roads Area Command, 2:30 - 6:00 pm, 5525 Raby Rd., Norfolk. Alright family, friends and fellow car enthusiast. Tru Intentionz is hosting a turkey run to give back to the less fortunate. We want to get as many cars together to bring a turkey per car so we can donate to THE UNION MISSION MINISTRY. This particular homeless shelter holds many people from kids, single parents, to veterans. What a great time to deliver to the less fortunate but also show that the car scene is not the bad ones that most people think. So please bring a turkey per car and after we donate we will take a ride to the ferry and make it across and come back around. That should roll us on to the event PRIME ILLUSIONS is hosting at 6 pm. We will get together at the Salvation Army @ 2:30 and we are rolling out no later than 3 pm, So please be there on time and bring as many cars as possible, but remember to bring at least one turkey per car.

It's a laid back environment where car enthusiasts can meet, show off their work and bounce ideas back and forth. It is also the local spot for Ratchet House Innovations recruitment. In honor of the great actor and awesome car enthusiast Paul Walker, come out and enjoy an event brought to you by royal order car club. This is an organized but casual gathering of car enthusiasts ($3 per car), normally the first Saturday each month to talk cars and share a cup of coffee. Sat, Dec 3 - Santa Claus Parade of Cars at Military Circle, hosted by 757 Auto Events, 9:00 am, 880 N Military Hwy., Norfolk. We have been asked to help organize a Parade for the coming of Santa Claus at Military Circle Mall. We are helping Audio 1 and the East Coast Family invite and select cars to be in the parade. We are looking for clean and modified vehicles from mild to wild for participating in the parade. Any clean convertibles out there may be able to give Santa an open-top ride to his destination! Sat, Dec 3 - Sumospeed Toys For Tots Toy Drive 2016, Floyd E. Kellam High School, 12 - 4:00 pm, 2665 West Neck Rd., Virginia Beach. We are excited to announce our 8th annual toy drive. This year our drive will be benefitting the Toys for Tots organization in providing toys for children that are less fortunate during this holiday season. We will be holding a car meet with food, music, and local vendors so come out, bring the family, and have a good time checking out some awesome cars while contributing to a great cause. There is no fee to enter the meet, but we ask that everyone please bring something to donate for the children. Reverend Jim's Southern BBQ will be on hand serving their delicious BBQ items and beverages throughout the day so be sure to swing by and grab something! As far as toys go, Toys for Tots supports children from age 0 to 12, and in some cases up to 16, so please keep that in mind when purchasing something to bring. Toys must also be new, unopened, and not gift wrapped. Realistic weapon toys shall not be donated as they will not be distributed by the organization.

This is an informal cruise-in for enthusiast of all makes, models and years, cars and trucks the second Saturday each month from to talk cars and share a cup of coffee. This is a rain or shine event. Sat-Sun, Nov 19-20 - The 2nd Annual Coastal Virginia Auto Show, Virginia Beach Convention Center, 1000 19th St, Virginia Beach. The 2nd Annual Coastal Virginia Auto Show will roll back into the Virginia Beach Convention Center as the largest car show of the area. Elite, classics, customs, antique, trucks, motorcycles, after-market, and even bicycles, will be on display at this indoor show. The 2016 Coastal Virginia Auto Show will feature celebrity appearances, displays and demonstrations, live entertainment, lots of giveaways, prizes, a children's area and so much more. Sat, Nov 19 - Prime Illusions Night Show at Density Vapor, 6 - 10:00 pm, Density Vapor 2, 5559 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth. Join Prime Illusions and Density Vapor 2 for an evening car show with awards! Proceeds to benefit local homeless families. This will be a judged car show in a lighted car lot. Sat, Dec 3 - 16th Annual Toys For Tots Car Show, Smithfield Auto & Truck Center, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, 928 S. Church Street, Smithfield. Pre-registration by November 25 is $20. Day of show is $25 (includes lunch). Awards at 2:30. Four awards for "Best In" and Top 20. We will have live entertainment, door prizes, food, and vendors. Richard Petty's Race Car will be there too!! Santa is scheduled to arrive by Nightingale around Noon. Please remember to bring an unwrapped toy also. All makes & models show hosted by the Tidewater Streeters - proceeds to benefit Toys for Tots. USMC will have representatives on site to collect donations. Sun, Dec 11 - Sounds of the Season Toy Drive Car Show, hosted by 757 Auto Events, 11:00 am, - 3:30 pm, Sound Wave Customs, 2700 Avenger Drive, Suite 111, Virginia Beach. Our 5th annual toy drive returns to Sound Wave Customs with a static car show hosted by Santa Claus! 30 awards to be distributed - TBD. Show entry: $10 with toy, $15 without toy. Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC)Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month.  We usually host a novice autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event.  This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross.  We also host higher speed time trials at Academi and North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.  http://www.tidewatersportscarclub.com/

The Old Dominion Region (Number 63) is part of the Southeast Division (SEDiv), which consists of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
