Fri, Mar 11 - Night Moves 2016 Meets, The Virginia Beach Sportsplex, 7 - 10:00 pm, 2044 Landstown Centre Way, Virginia Beach. Sumospeed presents season 2 of Night Moves meets at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. As with last year, there will be an entry cover of $2.00 for the meet. This helps us cover rental of the property, bathrooms, and other features of the event. For 2016 we again will have Dj El Capone playing music each night, HobbyTown USA Virginia Beach VA on site each month with some RC drift action and of course Sumospeed with event merchandise for you to purchase. Chops Creative will be there yet again for our official Night Moves coverage this season.
Sat, Mar 12 - Antique Automobile Club of America’s Tidewater Region Annual Automotive related Swap Meet/Flea Market,  Military Aviation Museum, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, 1341 Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach. Are you looking for a particular car part, or maybe automobile related memorabilia? This is for you! Admission is free for spectators and there is sure to be something you won’t be able to live without for that project in the garage. This is a rain or shine event. A 1/10th scale RC drift competiton held at the only indoor scale facility in Hampton Roads, Scaletopia! Doors open at 11 am for practice, competition events start at 2 pm. This is a casual gathering of car enthusiasts the first Saturday each month to talk cars and share a cup of coffee in the West Hilltop area of Virginia Beach, which features ample parking and Java surf Café & Espresso Bar on location. Sat, Feb 6 - Traphouse FKNLIT cruise, Freedom Car Wash, 2:00 pm, 1400 S. Independence Blvd., Virginia Beach. Ok guys, looks like Winterfest is not happening this year, so we will move this event from Newport News to VA Beach due to lack of space. Same as before respect the property and the people around you. I personally won’t make you leave but the fine lady’s and gentlemen of the police force will. New Traphouse stickers will be available for purchase as well ( can accept cash, credit and PayPal). Let’s get together and have a good time. It’ll be lit fam.

This is an informal cruise-in for enthusiast of all makes, models and years, cars and trucks the second Saturday each month from to talk cars and share a cup of coffee. Parking will be on the furthest left side (Parking lot with UNO, KROGER, KMART), and Coffee/Pastries will be for sale on the patio at UNO. Please: No revving, No Burnouts, No loud music, No parking in loading/fire zones, No double parking. Please be respectful and most of all.

The Porsche Club of America First Settlers Region desires the comfort of good friends and good conversation, and we praise to a fault the world’s finest automobile. With those attributes, our club has grown to over 600 Active Members throughout Virginia. We race each other, show our prized possessions, conduct rallies, autocrosses and tours. The Club sponsors driver education, restoration and technical sessions. We know our Porsche, or Porsches if we’re lucky, inside and out. Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC) 
Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas. Our autocross season runs from March through November with championship series events typically taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month.  We usually host a novice  autocross school early in the season on the Saturday before our Sunday event.  This is a great opportunity for new participants to get involved with autocross.  We also host higher speed time trials at Academi and North Carolina Center for Automotive Research.

National Auto Sport Association (NASA) Mid-Atlantic
Founded in 2000, we are an autosport events company servicing the Mid Atlantic region of the United States. Our goal is to provide a variety of legal, organized, safety-minded road-racing and education-based high performance driving experiences for as many sports car enthusiasts as possible.

Sat/Sun, Apr 9/10 - APEXFEST 2016 Open Track Event sponsored by Capital Ford of Rocky Mount
This is a two day track event at NCCAR that is open to all makes and models. The first day we will run clockwise and the second day we will run counter-clockwise! Don’t miss out!
Why have a fast car that you can’t drive fast?? Bring it out to the track for only $169 for one day or $299 for two!
All you need to run this HPDE event is your car (in good condition) and a SA2010 or newer helmet. (A limited amount of Loaner helmets will be available) In a convertible, you will also need to have a roll bar. This roll bar must be strong enough to withstand the forces of compression involved in supporting the full weight of the car. A factory roll bar such as those found on a Honda S2000 and Porsche Boxster may fulfill this requirement, but “style bars” or “show bars” found on some other cars like Saleen Mustangs would not work.

Virginia International Raceway (VIR)
Chosen as one of Car & Driver’s Top 6 tracks in the nation, Virginia International Raceway is a multi-purpose road racing facility, located on the Dan River between Danville and South Boston, Virginia. VIR hosts a wide range of professional and amateur auto and motorcycle racing and track events, and is well established as “America’s Motorsport Resort.”

Richmond International Raceway (RIR)
