Sat, Oct 14 - (2nd Sat) Cars & Coffee Newport News, Village Square Shopping Center, 9 - 11:00 am, 5007 Victory Blvd., Yorktown. Car enthusiasts of all kinds are welcome! Family friendly. This is an informal cruise-in for enthusiast of all makes, models and years, cars and trucks the second Saturday each month from to talk cars and share a cup of coffee. Note: Coffee and tables available at Uno on the patio. Rainout date is always the next Sunday with good weather. Please follow this short, but strongly enforced set of rules: No revving, no Burnouts, no loud music, no parking in loading/fire zones, no double parking. Please be respectful of everyone most of all.

Sat, Oct 14 - The LAST Classic Cruiser's cruise-in, Coastal Community Church, 5 to 9:00 pm, 101 Village Avenue, Yorktown. Takes place every Saturday night beginning April 22 thru October 14. It is open to all years, all makes, and all models. If it's cool, bring it. It is only a $2.00 donation to show your vehicle. There is no admission fee for spectators. All cruise-in donations are donated to charity. It is a great place to listen to some great tunes played by our DJs, look at some great rides, see your old friends, and make some new ones. Sun, Oct 15 - 1st Annual Harvest Cruise In And Festival, Hotrodders Cafe, 2 - 5:00 pm, 1457 Mount Pleasant Rd., Ste. 109, Chesapeake. Come out and bring your fancy cars, bikes, trucks, jeeps, campers, and more, bring your family for fun, games, prizes, candy, entertainment, and raffles!  A special surprise visit from Santa too! We will open at 11 am, festival and cruise in starts at 2 pm. All proceeds will benefit Hotrodders 3rd annual Christmas dinner with Santa for children with special needs, which includes dinner, pictures with Santa, and gifts for 7 families. Fri, Oct 20 - Smithfield Lions Club Trunk or Treat Cruz-In, 6 - 9:00 pm, Sentara St. Luke's, Carrollton. Come join us for our Annual Trunk or Treat Cruz-In on Friday, October 20. Decorate that Hot Rod in your best Halloween theme and bring some candy for all the little ghosts and goblins and come join us for some fun. The parking lot will be brighter than ever with lots of Halloween lights and inflatables. Also, instead of the usual $2.00 donation please consider bringing a canned food donation for our annual Holiday food baskets. Thank you and hope to see you out there. Sat, Oct 21 - Drive-In Movie in the Park: Hotel Transylvania, 5 - 9:00 pm, Bennett's Creek Park, Suffolk. Throw it back to the days of the Drive In! Bennett's Creek will transform for a family fun night of children's activities and two larger-than-life movie screens to watch the fun animated film, Hotel Transylvania, from the comfort of your front seat! Two full concession areas will be available with food and treats. No coolers or outside food in lawn movie area. Pets are welcome and must be on a leash when outside of your vehicle. The park will open at 5 pm for parking and fun activities for the children, to include games, crafts, and bounce houses, while you wait for the movie to begin. The movie will begin at 7 pm.

Salem Crossing Walmart will section off an area for us to Grill and Chill. $5 donation gets you in with a voucher for 1 free hot dog from the parking lot concession stand. Sumospeed presents season 3 of Night Moves meets at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex, this month we are happy to offer a special feature, a trunk or treat with American Do It Yourself Garage. There is an entry cover of $5 for the meet. For the October free entry criteria, American DIYG has agreed to allow any vehicles that will be setting up a trunk or treat display to enter free in October. We're not talking your open trunk with a bowl of candy. Get creative! We want to see full blown displays. Costumes, decorations, the works! Invite your family and friends with children to attend as this will be a safe environment for them to trick or treat, a few days early, and check out the area's awesome vehicles! Cars that set up displays will also be parked up at the front of the event so that adds a perk as well! THOSE SETTING UP HALLOWEEN DISPLAYS SHOULD ARRIVE AT 5 PM. Tidewater Sports Car Club (TSCC)
Founded in Norfolk Virginia in 1953, TSCC has a strong foundation within the local Hampton Roads autocross community and surrounding areas.
